Erin Krug
Senior Director Business Strategy, Microsoft
Erin Krug is a Senior Director of Business Strategy within Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success organization—the largest customer service team in the world. In her role, she helps drive alignment across governance, strategy, and operating models to enable more connected and scalable customer outcomes.
Her work focuses on developing frameworks that support autonomous operations, agent development, and cross-functional collaboration across complex global teams. She is actively involved in shaping how Microsoft evolves its customer experience approach through strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
Erin is a certified Business Process Management professional, a trained BlueEQ Emotional Intelligence facilitator, and holds an MBA from the University of Nevada. She is also the founder of the Reno Tahoe AI Coalition, a community dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing among AI professionals and organizations. After recently relocating to Indianapolis, she is working to establish a new local chapter of the Coalition.
Outside of work, Erin and her husband Kyle are raising their three children and are actively engaged in supporting schools within their community.

Deashia Crayton, PharmD
Deashia Crayton, PharmD is an Associate Director in Global Regulatory Affairs Product Communications at Eli Lilly, with experience across Regulatory Policy & Intelligence, Advertising & Promotion, and regulatory strategy. In her role as an AdPromo Reviewer, she has supported U.S. product launches, including direct‑to‑consumer and HCP materials, developed safety communications, and participated in live promotional claims review. Deashia began her career at Lilly through the Visiting Scientist Fellowship, where she contributed to clinical trial modernization efforts, diversity initiatives, and regulatory intelligence dissemination. A proud Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy alumna, she is deeply committed to mentorship, education, and expanding access to industry careers for underrepresented students. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, intellectual curiosity, and dedication to helping teams navigate complex regulatory environments while keeping patients at the center of decision‑making.

Dr. Arpan V. Prabhu, MD
Dr. Arpan V. Prabhu, MD, is a Radiation Oncologist at IU Health, where he serves as Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at IU Health West Hospital and Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing medical education.Dr. Prabhu specializes in the treatment of genitourinary, gastrointestinal, and thoracic malignancies, as well as metastatic disease. He also serves as Director of Functional Radiation at IU Health, leading an innovative program that uses low-dose radiation therapy as a non-invasive treatment option for arthritis and chronic joint pain, expanding the role of radiation therapy beyond oncology.His research focuses on clinical trials in genitourinary and gastrointestinal cancers, low-dose radiation therapy for osteoarthritis, and improving health literacy and patient education. He also has a growing interest in the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare to enhance patient care, education, and clinical decision-making. Dr. Prabhu has authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications and presented at more than 80 regional and national conferences.Originally from West Virginia, he enjoys stand-up and improv comedy, basketball, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
